Homeless Shelter

 Make A Donation

The House of Hope needs your generous support. Your contribution will enable us to provide an emergency shelter, food, and hope to the homeless for years to come.

Danville House of Hope has a list of top priority items and services that are needed immediately to support the facility and to better care for our guests. If you or someone you know at a Church, Benevolent, or Business group who can donate, have them contact Steven Anderson at: 206 South Ridge, Danville VA 24541 or call 434-549-1459.

House of Hope is a registered 501(c)(3). The shelter is a non profit organization. Contributions from donors are tax deductible to the full extent as allowed by law.

"Please know that the House of Hope ministry for those in need of emergency and transitional shelter would not be possible without the hundreds of individuals, churches and church groups, businesses, and foundations who have supported the homeless shelter mission with financial gifts through the year. If a receipt is needed for tax purposes, please let the treasurer know by email to bnwiles@verizon.net or calling 434-792-7808 or sending a note to P. O. Box 1197, Danville, VA 24543. The IRS requires a tax receipt when gifts are $250 or more and the treasurer has sent many receipt letters for gifts in that range."
Many blessings, B. N. Wiles, Treasurer.
